You will be in charge of leading a small team and making sure that deadlines are fulfilled while maintaining a very high standard of work as the creative lead. You will be expected to actively participate in the production of marketing materials, generate ideas, and share those ideas with the team. Print, trade exhibitions, our website, and social media are just a few examples of the marketing materials.

Responsibilities and Obligations

Recognize marketing strategies, positioning, and target market.

Create distinct artistic concepts and visions, then work with the team to efficiently execute them within a deadline.

Work on whichever project is in progress as a hands-on designer.

Work with other designers, assign tasks to them, and take responsibility for the visual style of each piece of creative work while adhering to deadlines. Continue your education and keep current with all trends.

Qualifications, Abilities, and Knowledge needed

Bachelor's degree in marketing, visual communication, or a related discipline OR the equivalent amount of relevant work experience.

Portfolio demonstrating originality and execution (Without a portfolio the application will not be considered).

competent with Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator).

Understanding of UI and UX Strong artistic talent and creativity.

Strong communicator with strong attention to detail WordPress experience (Optional).

Salary: 60,000 to 100,000 rupees per month
