Board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) and licensed behavior analysts (LBAs) work hand in hand with our team of Behavior Technicians (BTs) to increase their clients' ability to interact socially, behave appropriately, and adapt to their environment.

Responsibilities
- Proud Moments BTs are always being tested and rewarded for their efforts.

- Collect and report important data on each client's development and the success of treatment programmes utilizing our sophisticated technological solutions.
- A caring aide may assist in ensuring that parents properly comprehend the outcomes of their evaluation and treatment suggestions during care team meetings.
- By swiftly reacting to the requirements and demands of our customers and their families, we ensure their contentment and the greatest level of care.
- Families and other stakeholders should be kept in the loop about what's going on in their lives.
- To help the care team, enthusiastically support the BCBA/LBA by carrying out their orders.
Qualifications
- You're a great fit for Proud Moments ABA because you have the following qualities:
- The completion of a four-year college degree programme
- There must be a dependable mode of transportation available.
- Belief in and ability to work a variety of schedules, including part-time and full-time.
- Working with children who have been diagnosed as having an autistic condition (ASD)
- Project management experience is required.
- a sincere desire to handle private information with care
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizing abilities in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook proficiency
