Preferably with appropriate experience in the service sector and call centres (outbound)

At least two years' worth of telesales experience

Understanding of sales and marketing tactics or campaigns

Skilled with the appropriate computer and social media platforms

Customer service expertise

having knowledge of source databases

Self-assured, optimistic, and skilled at negotiations

Self-motivated and willing to take the initiative to attend a certain number of meetings each day

Fluent in speaking English
