We exclusively promote from within, and this is a full-time role that can be done remotely. After three months, there will be consideration for promotion through our management training and leadership development programmed. Every new recruit begins in our individually designed, extensive, PAID training programmed that is adjusted to their level of expertise.

A BENEFITS ENROLLMENT REPRESENTATIVE IS WHAT?

When union members sign up for supplemental benefit plans that go above and beyond what is provided by their employer, a benefits enrollment representative conducts remote meetings with them. Their job is to confer with the family, lay out the possibilities, and assist them in choosing the one that best suits their requirements. Successful Benefits Enrollment Representatives have excellent communication skills, are driven, organized, and entrepreneurial in their thinking. They are also devoted team members.

Responsibilities:

Reaching out to new union members who need to sign up for the benefits plan.

Create new benefit plans that are tailored to the specific needs of each customer while also modifying existing ones.

Create and maintain connections with both current and potential customers.

Enroll members of unions and associations in the special benefits plan that has been negotiated for them by those organizations.

Respond to the demands of members with attentive customer service and any required administrative assistance.

Respond to and address clients' inquiries and worries about their benefits.

Verify the accuracy and thoroughness of all documentation, and make any required modifications as soon as they become necessary.

Collaborate with the other members of your team.
