1. Control the hiring and choosing procedure.
2. Create and keep an eye on the organization's entire HR strategy, methods, tactics, and processes.
3. Identify KPIs.
4. Analyze the training requirements for use, and keep track of training initiatives.
5. understanding of databases and HR systems Excellent negotiation, presenting, and active listening abilities.
6. Human resources degree or a closely related subject.
7. outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
8. Accounting knowledge and experience with office management tools such as MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
9. Excellent attention to detail and organization.
10. strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
