WordPress developers are needed by Horizon Technologies so they can design and construct websites for customers. To design user-friendly, optimized websites, they combine their grasp of architecture and back-end systems with their proficiency in a number of programming languages, including HTML, jQuery, and JavaScript. 

To succeed in this role, our ideal applicant will have outstanding communication skills as well as strong project management abilities, a keen analytical mind, and a good eye for design.

Typical Tasks and Obligations

• WordPress can be used to create, develop, and manage websites.
• working together as a creative team.
• Control the front-end and back-end development of websites.
• Make WordPress themes and plug-ins.
• Maintain transferable, reusable, and well-documented code.
• For clients and coworkers, troubleshoot and fix website issues.
• Keep up with the latest software innovations, fashions, and procedures.
• experience working with Woo Commerce.

Both experience and Education.

An associate's or bachelor's degree is required for this role, preferably in computer science, computer programming, or a related subject.

Candidates with considerable WordPress experience are sought for by employers.

Required knowledge and Credentials

1. competence with WordPress.
2. proficiency with JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, and jQuery.
3. knowledge of debugging applications like Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
4. strong knowledge of both the front end and the back end of website development.
5. keen focus on the details.

Preferred Credentials:

knowledge of adaptive and responsive design

Bachelor's degree or similar job experience, preferably in an area linked to computer science

4+ years of experience working with WordPress-related technologies, mostly in a development team setting.

understanding of or exposure to the Genesis Framework

The applicant must speak English at a native level.

This work is onsite and is available from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
