For one of their US clients, Horizon Technologies is seeking an accomplished and goal-oriented Manager International Sales.
The applicant will be in charge of carrying out every aspect of the sales position, from generating leads to completing deals.
uses cold calls, email marketing, sales navigators, and other methods to generate sales leads.
Working closely with clients to understand their needs, responding to their inquiries about our goods and services, and providing the appropriate answers are just a few of the duties and obligations.
Additionally, you must be able to respond quickly to consumer concerns in order to maximise client happiness.

Responsibilities
Facilitates the full sales process for each prospect who becomes a customer, from the initial phone conversation to the completion of account setup.
Create a deep connection with the consumer.
Serves as allocated clients' primary point of contact to establish and build long-term relationships with accounts.
To provide dependable service, coordinate with team members working on the same account.
works together with the sales team to contact potential customers
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by providing superior sales support
Must be able to show customers the company's goods and services.
Determine the demands of the clients, then help them and tell them about the benefits of the product and service.
Must be able to create leads and continue to pursue both cold and warm leads.

Must be familiar with cross-selling goods and services.

Needed Abilities:
Two to three years of relevant sales experience
American-accented fluency in English is desirable.
Candidates from the US or Canada who have lived, studied, or worked there knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools, such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot (particularly MS Excel)
Candidates need to be very good at listening, negotiating, and presenting.
Proven job experience as a sales account manager, account executive, or in another position that is relevant.
A track record of success in a comparable sales position.
Basic knowledge of customer service procedures and relationship-building techniques.
It is preferable to have sales and relationship-building expertise in the US market. Working understanding of market and consumer dynamics and needs.
A history of exceeding sales targets.
knowledge of inventory management techniques.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus.
Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints promptly.
Note:
The hours for this third-shift night work will be from 6 p.m. to 3 a.m. (Monday to Friday).
